Attendees can have the opportunity to attend two if you would like on different nights! Shoots will be held each evening after lectures until sundown around 7pm. Trans SHOOT PASS SESSION LED BY: {Shoots will happen AFTER the 8-5 lectures, transportation provided}

We have secured special group rate pricing at the hotel of use, the Saguaro.

The room rate is just $119 a night for attendees for a double Queen room!

While you can fly directly into Palm Springs, LAX is a short drive away and dirt cheap airfare from most cities! 

Several speakers and incoming attendees have already expressed interest in driving in carpools out to Palm Springs.

There will be a Facebook Group created for all attendees as well for you to coordinate shared rooms, shared cars etc.

PAYMENT DETAILS

You can pay in full, or if needed there are payment plans available.

Late fees to apply to any payment plans that go overdue dates as per signed contracts.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION:

No Longer Available after April 1. Payment must be done in full.

Shoot passes must be paid in full at the time of sign up.

Tickets are non-refundable, transferable only with a $75 transfer fee.
No ticket transfers will be allowed after April 1st, 2019.‍
